A presente pesquisa busca demonstrar a necessidade de implementação de um sistema integrado e alguns esclarecimentos sobre o que é, para que serve e qual a utilidade de um ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) para a empresa Santa Fé Trading.
A empresa Santa Fé Trading atua em seguimentos distintos um do outro, ocorrendo com isso um estudo sobre a necessidade de integrar suas funções (áreas) que nos dias atuais não se obtêm. E esse estudo irá demonstrar se o sistema ERP irá ser útil na melhoria da sua gestão e comunicação com seus fornecedores e clientes.
O intuito é analisar uma empresa e sua estrutura, onde procura-se entender o seu segmento e o seu modo de gestão, para adaptar o ERP aos padrões existentes para que possa atender as necessidades e as exigências da competitividade do mercado.

SUMMARY
The present research will go to demonstrate to the necessity of implementation of an integrated system and some clarifications on what it is, so that serves and which the utility of a ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) for the company Saint Fé TRADING.
The company Santa Fé TRADING acts in distinct pursuings one of the other, occurring with this a study on the necessity to integrate its functions (areas) that in the current days they do not get themselves. And this study will go to demonstrate if system ERP will go to be useful in the improvement of its management and communication with its suppliers and customers.
Intention is to analyze a company and its structure, where we look for to understand its segment and its way of management, to adapt the ERP to the existing standards so that it can take care of to the necessities and the requirements of the competitiveness of the market.
