Resumo

Este trabalho tem por objetivo a confecção do PIM (Projeto Integrado Multidisciplinar); no qual se apresenta uma das maiores e mais conceituadas empresas do país no segmento de Soluções em Tecnologia e contact Center: a Algar Tecnologia.
Neste projeto podemos apreciar o seu funcionamento e o Plano de Negócios, Modelos de Liderança e Ética e Legislação.

Abstract

This work aims at the making of the PIM (Integrated Multidisciplinary Design) in which it presents one of the largest and most respected companies in the country in the Technology Solutions segment and contact Center: Algar Technology. In this project we can assess its operation and business plan, Models of Leadership and Ethics and Law.
