RESUMO

Este trabalho interdisciplinar aborda ações de uma grande rede de supermercados, Walmart Brasil, a respeito de seu planejamento e operações por categoria de produtos, planejamento e controle de estoque e dinâmica das relações interpessoais.

Observou-se que a empresa consegue realizar todo o seu fluxo logístico de modo eficiente e eficaz, fazendo com que o ciclo do pedido se cumpra, chegando até ao cliente o produto certo, na hora certa, no lugar certo e nas condições desejadas. Isto é possível porque existe planejamento de estoque, suas operações por categorias de produtos favorecem a vantagem competitiva e suas relações interpessoais complementa na sustentabilidade de seus negócios, dos quais favorecem às necessidades dos clientes.

ABSTRACT

This interdisciplinary work addresses actions of a large supermarket chain, Wal-Mart Brazil, about their planning and operations by product category, planning and inventory control and dynamics of interpersonal relations.

It was observed that the company can realize its logistics flow efficiently and effectively, making the cycle of the request is fulfilled, even to the customer the right product at the right time, right place and the desired conditions. This is possible because there is inventory planning, operations by product category favor the competitive advantage and their interpersonal relationships complements the sustainability of its business, of which favor the needs of customers.
