RESUMO

O trabalho de pesquisa para o PIM III (Projeto Multidisciplinar) teve como foco principal o estudo funcional da empresa Primeiro Cartório de Letras e Títulos e Protestos de São Paulo, uma empresa de médio porte com 60 funcionários, distribuídos entre vários os setores, localizada no centro de São Paulo. A empresa presta serviços, onde são distribuídos títulos para serem protocolados e conseqüentemente apontados e lavados a protesto. A pesquisa aborda as disciplinas de Contabilidade, Saúde Ambiental, Estatística Aplicada e Estratégia de Marketing Ambiental.

RESUMO EM INGLES

The research for the PIM III (Multidisciplinary Design) focused primarily on the study of functional now First Notary of Letters and Titles and Protests São Paulo, one medium-sized company with 60 employees, distributed among various sectors, located in the center São Paulo. The company provides services where titles are distributed to be filed and therefore singled out and washed the protest. The research covers the disciplines of Accounting, Environmental Health, Environmental Applied Statistics and Marketing Strategy.
