Why should we legalize?

Marijuana is a type of psychoactive drug, which is a substance that acts on the central nervous system by altering brain function and consequently affecting mood, behavior, perception and consciousness user. In this sense, the committee concluded that the marijuana, if compared to other drugs, is one of the least harmful drugs to the body and if used in small amounts it doesn’t cause dependence. Rather, it is used in various parts of the world as an aid in the treatment of chemical dependency.
In another view, it’s not completely harmless but it’s less harmless then alcohol and tobacco, studies show. Furthermore, the marijuana is sacred for some religions and our constitution says that we have religious freedom, emphasizing a possibility to a deeper discussion in the political sphere in ways to national acceptance. In the other hand, some people say that it causes a lot of death, but it’s really hard to die of a marijuana overdose because the user would need to smoke more than one hundred cigarettes in fifteen minutes.
