Abstract
This work has as objective to present subsidies for implantation of the Lean Thinking in workmanship seedbeds, in order to create an ideal environment for the act of receiving, it has carried and storage from the insumos in a workmanship of constructions, as well as in the initial of cut and assembly of raw materials, besides assisting in the conception of the layout of the form seedbeds to minimize the adoption of subjective criteria to the physical disposal of the sectors, becoming process most systematic and criterioso processing. For sistemic analysis and theoretical basement, the basic elements of the Lean Construction are boarded, from specific characteristics related to its main agents and flows, determining strategical actions for possible implantation of layouts, inside of the specifications contained in the Nr-18 that regulates the conditions and environment of work in the civil construction, knowing that the different phases of a construction demand physical arrangements of suitable seedbeds to the current strategies and the type of task to be executed.
And finally this work aims at to contribute for the organization of the processes of production in the civil construction, since many unnecessary or insufficient efforts are used in the execution, which had the
