Is hunting environmentally friendly? (Sophie)

People hunt animals for a lot of reasons like to feed ourselves or other animals; is the most natural way of controlling wildlife.
The hunters have a small number of animals to be taken annually. Some of them hunt only for sport, they take it as a “game”. (Margarida)

Some of the hunters take hunting as a game, but they forgot that they are killing and torturing living beings.
It isn’t the most natural way of controlling wildlife, they can control it without killing animals so hunting is not environmentally friendly. (Sara)
Now we are going to debate about electric vehicles.
Do you think electric vehicles are economical? (Sophie)
Pros:
Because electric vehicles are lighter, they require less energy to travel the same distance, which means they save energy and money.
Electric vehicles are more resilient to price pressures. Electricity is a form of energy that remains within the continent in which it is produced. (Carol)

Cons:
Electric cars are too expensive to be viable. If something costs 2 thousand dollars, nobody buys it. Electric car batteries are usually the most expensive component. The most recent batteries are particularly expensive. (Joana)

Is solar energy generally environmentally friendly? (Sophie)
Pros:
Solar energy does not damage air quality. It does not pollute like many traditional forms of electrical generation, and, beyond that, solar energy is renewable. (Andreia)
