Yes, I agree. I think that the management must have a better view of this point than the other workers, because this is what they must look for: keep a good job inside the company in order to get satisfaction from costumers. Management must be able to see both sides.

Yes, many products, mainly technological products have been improved in the last twenty years. However, some kind of products just started to be done in a production line, and this situation makes producers lose the personal touch, which makes the quality worst.
