Introduction
 In this work we will talk about the six most spoken

languages in the world, numbers of speakers its flag among others.

Mandarim:
 The Chinese language is actually a language family that

belongs to the Sino‐Tibetan branch. Approximately a fifth of the inhabitants of the earth speak some form of Chinese as mother tongue, making the Chinese language most spoken on the planet, although not the most widespread.

Taiwan and Singapore
 Number of 1300 million native speakers

English
 English is a West Germanic language that developed in

southern Britain during the Middle Ages.

 375 + million native million over 1000 as a second

language = 1375 million speakers in total.

Hindi
 Official language in India, besides being used as a

lingua franca by Hindus around the world.

Spanish
 Official language in: Argentina, Bolivia, Chile,

 Official language in: Saudi Arabia, Algeria, Bahrain,

Comoros, Chad, Djibouti, Egypt, United Arab Emirates, Eritrea, Yemen, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya etc.

 280 + million native 200 million as second language =

480 million total.

Portuguese
 Official language in Angola, Brazil, Cape Verde,

Guinea‐Bissau, Equatorial Guinea, Mozambique, Portugal, Sao Tome and Principe, East Timor and Macao SAR.
