RESUMO
O presente trabalho tem o intuito de mostrar A Importância da Liderança nas
Organizações, apresentando o conceito de liderança e como ela e necessária a todos os tipos de organizações. Exemplificando os estilos de liderança, e mostrando os três mais aplicados pelos lideres. E por fim ressalta Qual A Importância da
Liderança nas Organizações, destacando como uma boa ou má liderança influencia diretamente no trabalho dos colaboradores e também explica o porquê somos tão dependentes dos lideres.

ABSTRACT
This paper aims to show The Importance of Leadership in Organizations, introducing the concept of leadership and how it needed and all types of organizations.
Exemplifying leadership styles, and showing the three most applied by leaders.
Finally underscores What the Importance of Leadership in Organizations, highlighting how good or bad leadership directly influences the work of the employees and also explains why we are so dependent on leaders.
