END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (“AGREEMENT”), IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND DOLBY LABORATORIES LICENSING CORPORATION (“DOLBY”) THAT SETS FORTH THE TERMS BY WHICH DOLBY AGREES TO PROVIDE YOU ACCESS AND USE OF DOLBY’S AXON SOFTWARE AND RELATED SERVICES.

BEFORE YOU SELECT THE "I ACCEPT" OPTION BELOW, CAREFULLY READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT. BY SELECTING THE "I ACCEPT” OPTION, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY AND ARE BECOMING A PARTY TO THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT SELECT THE "I ACCEPT" OPTION. WITHOUT SELECTING THE "I ACCEPT" OPTION AND THEREBY AGREEING TO THESE TERMS, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CREATE A DOLBY AXON ACCOUNT, INSTALL THE SOFTWARE, OR USE THE SERVICE.

1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

Dolby Axon Service. Dolby Axon is a voice communication platform designed to deliver a surround sound voice experience in connection with the Dolby Axon desktop client and Dolby Axon enabled online games that is clearer, more realistic, and more immersive than a standard voice chat experience. Dolby Axon consists of (a) a local software client that is installed on your computing device along with accompanying materials and documentation (collectively, the “Client”); and (b) Dolby’s remote control servers (the “Servers”). The Client and the Servers are collectively referred to as the “Service.”.

Dolby Axon desktop API. The Client you are installing contains a set of libraries and documentation that enables other software applications to interface with the Client (collectively, the “API Libraries”).

Service Interruptions. Dolby reserves the right to interrupt the Service with or without prior notice for any reason or no reason. You agree that Dolby will not be liable for any interruption, delay, or failure of the Service.
