RESUMO

Este trabalho busca identificar a percepção dos estudantes de Ciências Contábeis quanto à auditoria de sistemas de informação e quanto às funções desempenhadas pelo auditor de sistemas de informação. O tema é relevante, pois hoje em dia, a tecnologia da informação passou a ser fator chave para o sucesso das organizações, frente a isto, os Sistemas de Informação Gerencial tem papel preponderante na tomada de decisões de seus gestores, e para que as informações advindas destes sistemas sejam confiáveis, é necessária a auditoria de sistemas de informação. Utilizando metodologia de abordagem quantitativa descritiva, envolvendo a interpretação de dados coletados através de questionários aos alunos dos últimos semestres do curso de ciências contábeis da Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie.

ABSTRACT

This paper aims to identify the students' perceptions regarding the Accounting auditing and information systems regarding the functions performed by the auditor of information systems. The topic is relevant because today, information technology has become a key factor for the success of organizations, compared to this, the Management Information Systems plays an important role in making decisions of their managers, and that the information arising from these systems are reliable, it is necessary to audit information systems. Using the methodology of quantitative descriptive approach, involving the interpretation of data collected through questionnaires to students of the last semesters of Accounting of Mackenzie University.
