O DIREITO À ÁGUA E AO MEIO AMBIENTE SUSTENTÁVEL: o desperdício de água nos “lava à jato” da cidade de Belém do Pará

Resumo: Pretende-se apresentar o direito à água na categoria de direitos humanos e fundamentais. Por seguinte, a partir da observância do atual contexto histórico dos direitos humanos, da interpretação de instrumentos jurídicos internacionais e de normas do ordenamento jurídico brasileiro, afirma ser necessário ponderar sobre o direito à água com observância ao princípio do patrimônio comum da humanidade. A seguridade hídrica das gerações do porvir ressalta a necessidade de uma análise sistemática da utilização da água efetuados em Belém do Pará. A busca pela causa do problema e a tentativa de construção de possível solução sustentável são os objetivos específicos deste artigo.

THE RIGHT TO WATER AND SUSTAINABLE ENVIRONMENT: waste water jet washes in the city of Belém do Pará
Abstract: It is intended to present the right to water in the category of human and fundamental rights. In the following, from the observance of the current historical context of human rights, interpretation of international legal instruments and laws of the Brazilian legal system, affirms the need of ponder the right to water in compliance with the principle of common heritage of humanity. The water security of generations to come highlights the need of and systematic analysis of the uses made of water in Belem do Pará. The search for the cause of the problem and the attempt to build sustainable solution possible are the specific objectives of this paper.
