RESUMO: Este artigo tem como objetivo analisar o conceito de Felicidade em Aristóteles. Em primeiro momento Aristóteles discute sobre os bens, que podem até ser prejudiciais para muitas pessoas. Fala de um bem supremo que é a Felicidade. Para ele o bem agir e o bem viver equivale a ser feliz. A Felicidade é uma atividade da alma conforme a virtude. E esta virtude ele divide em modalidades: intelectuais que se dá pela geração e crescimento realizado pelo ensino e as morais que se adquire pelo hábito e costume. Aristóteles diz que o governo e as leis devem promover a
Felicidade para as pessoas, mas não os privando da Felicidade particular. De fato se observa que a Felicidade pode ser um ideal a ser conquistado através da virtude e da prática de atos justos.

ABSTRAC: This article aims to analyze the concept of Happiness in Aristoteles. First time
Aristotle discusses the assets, which may even be harmful to many people. It speaks of a supreme good which is Happiness. For him to act well and living well means being happy. Happiness is an activity of soul in accordance with virtue. And he shares this virtue in sports: intellectuals who gives the generation and growth achieved by education and morals that is acquired by habit and custom. Aristoteles says that the government and laws should promote happiness to people, but not depriving then of Happiness particular. In fact it is observed that happiness can be an ideal to be achieved through the practice of virtue and righteous deeds.
