O USO DA CAUCULADORA COMO ESTÍMULO NAS AULAS DE MATEMÁTICA NO 6º ANO DA ESCOLA MUNICIPAL HERCULANO ALBUQUERQUESandreilson Pereira de Lima sandreilsonlima@hotmail.com RESUMO: Este artigo traz uma discussão sobre parte de minha intervenção na disciplina em que leciono na Escola Municipal Herculano Albuquerque, realizada com alunos de um 6º ano do Ensino Fundamental, tendo como recurso o uso de calculadoras. Objetiva-se utilizar esse recurso tecnológico, visando ajudar os alunos a terem uma visão diferente da Matemática, trabalhando em grupo com atividades diversificadas do dia a dia, motivando-os e desenvolvendo o raciocínio. Os alunos tinham que expor suas ideias para os demais e também entregar relatórios toda aula. No final da intervenção foi aplicada uma avaliação e os alunos tiveram um bom rendimento. Com isso pude notar que eles perceberam a importância desse recurso em sala de aula e também que a calculadora não é apenas uma máquina de fazer contas, mas um meio facilitador do aprendizado.

ABSTRACT: This article presents a discussion on part of my intervention in the discipline in which I teach in Albuquerque Municipal School Herculaneum held with students from a 6th grade of elementary school, and as a resource for calculators. The objective is to use this technological resource, aiming to help students have a different view of mathematics, working in a group with diversified activities of everyday life, motivating and developing reasoning. The students had to present their ideas to others and also deliver reports every class. At the end of the intervention was applied to an assessment and the students had a good income. With this I could see that they realized the importance of this resource in the classroom and also that the calculator is not just a machine for making accounts, but a means of facilitating learning.
