Resumo
Este artigo tem como objetivo efetuar uma abordagem histórica referente à pedagogia filosófica do movimento iluminista no século XVIII e suas repercussões na educação escolar dos dias atuais. Para tanto, são apresentadas, inicialmente, algumas notas sobre a gênese histórica do Iluminismo na Europa do século XVIII.
Em seguida, discorre-se acerca dos principais ideais do movimento iluminista no
“século das luzes”. Na sequência, procura-se trazer a lume uma breve biografia e algumas concepções teóricas dos filósofos iluministas Jean Jacques Rousseau
(1712-1778) e Immanuel Kant (1724-1804) para a área educacional. Por fim, são tecidos comentários alusivos às repercussões da pedagogia filosófica iluminista na educação escolar contemporânea, especificamente no que diz respeito à tendência liberal de educação, ao laicismo no ensino e ao desenvolvimento da educação estatal em sentido amplo.

Abstract. A philosophical pedagogy of the enlightenment in the eighteenth and repercussions in contemporary education school: an historical approach. This article main objective is making a historical approach on the philosophical pedagogy of the enlightenment in the eighteenth century and its impact on schooling of today. For both, are initially presented some notes on the historical genesis of the Enlightenment in eighteenth century Europe. Then we discus about the main ideals of the enlightenment in the “age of enlightenment”.
Further, it seeks to bring to light a short biography and some theoretical conceptions of enlightenment philosophers Jean Jacques Rousseau (1712-1778) and Immanuel Kant (1724-1804) for education.
