RESUMO

Este trabalho tem por objetivo a confecção do PIM (Projeto Integrado Multidisciplinar); no qual se apresenta uma das maiores e mais conceituadas empresas do país no segmento de contact center: a Algar Tecnologia.
Neste projeto podemos apreciar dados e fatos relevantes à origem desta organização, como também o modelo de gestão apresentado por esta empresa, além dos seus objetivos e área que ela ocupa no mercado.

SUMMARY

This work has for objective the confection of PIM (Projeto Integrado Multidisciplinar); in which if it more presents one of the greaters and appraised companies of the country in the segment of contact to center: the Algar Technology. In this project we can appreciate given and excellent facts to the origin
