RESUMO
Visando extrair o máximo de benefícios para melhoramento nos processos da organização, o relatório abaixo tem como objetivo orientar o Gerente de TI para que possa utilizar conceitos da gestão de projetos e boas práticas da TI. Trazendo inúmeros benefícios e atingindo as metas estabelecidas, uma vez haverá melhorias em todos os segmentos e setores da empresa, não apenas internamente, mais no ramo em que a mesma atua, fazendo assim, com que ela se destaque através dos serviços prestados, sendo eles com qualidade e eficiência. No relatório estará presente a XPTO, que possui filiais espalhadas por diferentes locais geográficos do país, atuando no segmento de TI.

ABSTRACT
Aiming to extract maximum benefits for improvement in the processes of the organization, the report below aims to guide the IT Manager so you can use the project management concepts and best practices of IT. Bringing numerous benefits and reaching the set goals, since there will be improvements in all segments and sectors of the company, not only internally, most in the industry in which it operates, thus as it stand through the services provided, they are with quality and efficiency. The report will present the XPTO, which has branches spread across different geographical locations in the country, working in the IT industry.
