FATORES QUE AFETAM A SATISFAÇÃO DOS FUNCIONÁRIOS E O CLIMA ORGANIZACIONAL

RESUMO
O assunto central do presente trabalho é a satisfação do funcionário. Temas como motivação, clima organizacional, liderança, comportamento humano, remuneração, devem ser obrigatoriamente considerados quando se busca um estudo sobre os fatores que afetam a satisfação do funcionário em seu ambiente de trabalho. Para uma melhor compreensão dos fatores que envolvem as relações entre o ser humano e as organizações, aborda-se, uma breve concepção de organização e do comportamento organizacional. São levantadas algumas definições sobre o comportamento humano e de como a motivação afeta este comportamento. Destaca-se também o papel das lideranças sobre as relações no ambiente interno da empresa, mostrando aspectos sobre o clima organizacional e a satisfação no trabalho.

ABSTRACT
The central issue of the present work is the satisfaction of the employee. Topics as motivation, organizational atmosphere, leadership, human behavior, salary must, by obligation, be considered when one searches a study about the factors that affect the satisfaction of the employee in his/her environment of work. For a better understanding of the factors that involve the relations between the human being and the organizations one approaches a brief conception of organization and organizational behavior. It is raised some definitions about the human behavior and how the motivation affects this behavior. One points out the role of the leaderships about the relations in the internal environment of the company, showing aspects about the organizational environment and the satisfaction in the work.
