TRAINING

High School:

2003 - 2005: I attended a local public school in the Netherlands, which I did not conclude due to emigration to Portugal (in the 2nd school year).

2005 - 2006: I attended the primary school in Midões.

2006 - 2011: I attended the cluster school in Tábua and completed the 12th year of scientific-technological course. Final average level: 13.0 values.

Higher Education:

2011: I am currently studying a course at the first year degree in Environmental Engineering, located at the Polytechnic Institute of Viseu (In the department of Technology and Management).

Activities, interests and skills:

2003 - 2005: I participated in Scouting (website: www.scoutingrhenen.nl) in which I achieved the last hit rating (RSA).

I worked for a fruit company (specialised in growing and distributing apples, pears, cherries and currants) in the Netherlands, during the summers of 2006, 2007 and 2008. Gathered enough knowledge about e.g. the involving biological processes, watering processes, maintenance of the trees, etc.

2007 - 2008: I practiced a martial art from Korea named Tae Kwon-Do. I got the yellow belt and two diplomas.

2009 - 2010: I was present in the organisation of parties at High School, particularly in the transport of beverages, preparations for the meetings and the customers recieving (as a clerk) during the parties intended for the finalists journey.

Winter - Spring 2011: I gained experience in a hotel as a waiter.

Good oral and written fluency in Portuguese and Dutch, Spanish and English are improving.
