EDUCAÇÃO INCLUSIVA: UM DESAFIO PARA OS EDUCADORES

Resumo: A presente pesquisa apresenta o tema “Educação inclusiva: um desafio para os educadores”, pois, sabe-se que a inclusão trouxe dúvidas para os educadores e acarretou desafios para o professorado, sendo que estes, na sua maioria não estavam e ainda muitos não estão prontos e aptos para lidar com a questão da inclusão. Este trabalho tem como objetivo refletir sobre a educação inclusiva como sendo um desafio para os educadores. Para melhor entendimento do tema foi feito uma pesquisa bibliográfica quando foram estudados autores que tratam sobre o assunto, sendo alguns deles Mantoan (2006), Bueno (1999), Pinto (1999), entre outros. Observa-se que o educador tem que se preparar para lidar e trabalhar com a diversidade que o processo da inclusão apresenta, ele deve sempre procurar se renovar, ser criativo e principalmente buscar métodos e técnicas que possibilitem o desenvolvimento desses alunos.

Abstract: This research presents the theme "Inclusive education: a challenge for educators," because it is known that the inclusion brought questions for educators and brought challenges for teachers, and they mostly were not and still many do not are ready and able to deal with the issue of inclusion. This work aims to reflect on inclusive education as a challenge for educators. To clarify the subject was made a literature when dealing authors on the subject, some of them Mantoan (2006), Bueno (1999), Pinto (1999), among others, were studied. It is observed that the educator must prepare to deal and work with diversity that the process of inclusion has, he should always seek to renew itself, be creative and mostly seek methods and techniques that enable the development of these students.

1 INTRODUÇÃO

Discorrer sobre inclusão é ainda um desafio e temor para muitos educadores. A
