RESUMO
O planejamento é uma das principais funções do Administrador dentro do Processo Administrativo durante a busca do bom desempenho, pois é a função administrativa que determina antecipadamente quais são os objetivos a ser atingidos e como se deve fazer para alcança-los da melhor maneira possível.

ABSTRACT
Planning is one of the primary functions of the administrator within the Administrative Process during the pursuit of good performance, as is the administrative role that determines in advance which are the goals to be achieved and how one should do to achieve them in the best possible way.
