Maintenance Managers, since it was well known that the Portuguese Maintenance Departments had a very small participation from the phases of conception to the implementation of the industrial projects. RESUMO: Esta apresentação tem como objectivo a divulgação dos resultados finais do Projecto Mobilizador SITEM
– SISTEMA INTEGRADO DE ENGENHARIA E GESTÃO DA MANUTENÇÃO DE INSTALAÇÕES E
EQUIPAMENTOS INDUSTRIAIS, o qual visava desenvolver um conjunto de metodologias e ferramentas informáticas de apoio à decisão, tendo em vista a melhoria do desempenho dos Gestores de Manutenção em face da constatação do pouco envolvimento dos Sectores de Manutenção nas fases de concepção e implementação dos projectos industriais. O Projecto SITEM era constituído por um Consórcio, integrando a ALSTOM PORTUGAL, S.A. a CELBI - CELULOSE BEIRA
