RESUMO

Este trabalho interdisciplinar aborda ações da empresa correios, a respeito de seu Planejamento e Operações por Categoria de Produtos, Planejamento e Controle de Estoque e Dinâmica das Relações Interpessoais. Observou-se que a empresa consegue realizar todo seu fluxo logístico de modo eficiente e eficaz, fazendo com que o ciclo do pedido se cumpra, chegando até ao cliente o produto certo, na hora certa, no lugar certo e nas condições desejadas. Isto é possível porque existe planejamento de estoque, suas operações por categorias de produtos favorecem a vantagem competitiva e suas relações interpessoais complementam na sustentabilidade de seus negócios, dos quais favorecem as necessidades dos clientes.

ABSTRACT

This interdisciplinary work addresses the company’s shares mails, regarding their planning and operations by product category, planning and inventory control and dynamics of interpersonal relationships. It was observed that the company can perform all your logistics flow efficiently and effectively, so that the cycle of the request is fulfilled, reaching the customer the right product at the right time, in the right place and under the conditions desired. This is possible because there are inventory planning, operations by product category please the competitive advantage and their interpersonal relationships complement the sustainability of its business, including favoring the needs of customers.
