Abstract. The work was a survey conducted by analyzing the work completion of the course information system for schools Santo Agostinho in order to achieve results that demonstrate the area of greater and lesser interest in developing work of completion. We analyzed 97 studies of completion to cover the period from 2005, the year the first class graduated, to August 2009, the year in which formed the last class until the beginning of this research. It was made a distribution of the works of completion by areas. It was used as a criterion the area of greatest relevance (the most discussed), because Most of de works of completion, addressed more than one area. The methodology used in this study was descriptive, conducted through desk research, and the results were presented with a quantitative approach. Through this research, it was found that the area chosen for the further development of the works of completion was the management system and the less chosen were: usability of software, programming, operating systems, free software, information technology in education, virtual reality, digital library, all with the same percentage.
