RESUMO: Este artigo pretende evidenciar não só a experiência do primeiro processo virtual sentenciado da Comarca de Arapoema, como também as suas vantagens, abordando um estudo desde o seu protocolo a até a sua sentença. Além disso, será apresentado o E-PROC, sua implantação, segurança e celeridade, bem como uma comparação entre o processo físico e o virtual. Em seguida, veremos que o processo virtual é extremamente mais rápido e eficiente. Ainda mais, observou-se que os operadores do Direito e as partes foram beneficiados, uma vez que não há a necessidade de se deslocarem até o fórum para consultar o processo, bastando apenas ter acesso à internet. Não podemos esquecer a legislação existente dos processos virtuais. Com isso, constatar-se-á que a padronização dos atos surge naturalmente, visto que é necessário consultar tanto os regulamentos como também as resoluções existentes. Por conseguinte, faremos comentários sobre o TJ/TO e a Comarca de Arapoema.
