A VISÃO DOS PROFESSORES SOBRE A PRÁTICA DO SUPERVISOR EDUCACIONAL NA ESCOLA MUNICIPAL DARCY RIBEIRO

RESUMO

O presente artigo tem o objetivo de analisar a função da supervisão na Escola Municipal Darcy Ribeiro. A pesquisa buscou identificar o conceito e a historia da função de supervisão pedagógica no Brasil e na escola. O artigo apresenta ainda, através de pesquisa com os professores da escola o conceito que os mesmos têm da função de tal profissão, bem como uma reflexão sobre os conceitos apresentados pelos autores, utilizados como embasamento teórico do artigo. O artigo apontou que o supervisor pedagógico atualmente está cumprindo muito mais funções burocráticas, deixando de lado o seu papel dentro da escola que é o de formador pedagógico e o de coordenador do trabalho dos professores na pratica educativa. O presente artigo foi embasado teoricamente em diversos autores entre eles Rangel (2001) Vasconcelos ( 2002) entre outros.

The survey sought to identify the concept and the history of pedagogical supervision function in Brazil and in school. The article also presents, through research with school teachers the concept that they have the function of such a profession, as well as a reflection on the concepts presented by the authors, used as theoretical basis of the article. The article pointed out that the educational supervisor is currently serving more bureaucratic functions, ignoring their role within the school which is teaching trainer and the teachers' work coordinator in educational practice.
