Faculdade Anhanguera de Sertãozinho [e-mail] O tratamento do chamado capital intelectual, ou seja, dos recursos humanos, está em processo de mudança passando a ser utilizado pelas empresas como estratégia, baseando-se no fato de que assim como o funcionário precisa dela, ela precisa dele. Esse trabalho tem o intuito de mostrar a importância de uma liderança para a motivação dos colaboradores, garantindo assim o maior sucesso em uma organização, uma vez que a figura do líder e a sua postura são alguns dos fatores mais importantes no tocante à motivação dos trabalhadores. Quanto maiores forem as conquistas do líder junto aos funcionários e o tipo de impacto que ele causa em seus seguidores é a curva diferencial que varia de uma empresa para outra.

ABSTRACT
The treatment of the so called intellectual capital, or in its usual handling, the human resources, is in a changing process being used for companies as strategy, based in the fact that as the employee needs the company, the company needs the employee. This job has the purpose of show how important is the leadership for the motivation of the employees, granting, in this way, the highest success of an organization, once the figure of the leader and he’s attitude are some of the most important factors in the employees motivation. The higher leader achievements with the employees and the sort of impact he has over his followers are the differential curve that varies one company to another.
