RESUMO
Este artigo descreve superficialmente o funcionamento de um sistema de Análise de sentimentos, o foco do estudo é fazer a relação deste sistema com a Teoria Geral dos Sistemas, mostrando assim que esta é interdisciplinar e atua inclusive na área de mineração de dados, mais especificamente neste caso, mineração de opinião. Title: “The Sentiment Analysis through software and the General Theory of Systems” This paper describes superficially the functioning of a Sentiment Analysis system, the focus of the study is make the relation between this system and the General Theory of Systems, showing this way what this is interdisciplinary and works including in
