ESTUDO BIBLIOMÉTRICO DAS FERRAMENTAS UTILIZADAS EM PESQUISAS
DE COMPORTAMENTO NOS TRANSPORTES
RESUMO
As contribuições provenientes da psicologia e de estudos acerca do comportamento humano têm sido cada vez mais reconhecidas como importantes instrumentos para o aprimoramento de pesquisas e para a compreensão de problemas na área dos transportes. Entre essas contribuições, destaca-se a da Teoria do Comportamento
Planejado, que tem sido usada em diversas pesquisas sobre a atitude dos motoristas. Dada e crescente importância conferida ao estudo da psicologia nos transportes, este artigo visa apresentar um levantamento bibliométrico indicando as ferramentas de análise mais recorrentes nas pesquisas científicas brasileiras que relacionam transportes e comportamento, nos últimos dez anos. Especificamente, buscou-se identificar quais temáticas, metodologias e instrumentos de coletas de dados têm sido utilizados com mais recorrência nas pesquisas da área. Para isso, foram selecionadas doze pesquisas, incluindo publicações em periódicos, monografias, dissertações e teses. Os resultados encontrados revelam a predominância de pesquisas quantitativas, de levantamento, descritivas e realizadas por questionários.
ABSTRACT
Contributions from the field of psychology and studies about human behavior have been increasingly recognized as important tools for the improvement of research and understanding of problems in transportation. Among these contributions, we highlight the Theory of Planned Behavior, which has been used in various studies on the attitude of the drivers. Given the increasing importance attributed to the study of psychology in transport, this article presents a bibliometric study indicating the most recurrent analysis tools in Brazilian scientific research linking transport and behavior, in the last ten years. Specifically, we sought to identify themes, methodologies and tools for data collection have been used with more recurrence in the area.
