RESUMO: O presente artigo tem como escopo tratar sobre o trabalho infantil numa perspectiva apontada na identificação das origens familiares das crianças e adolescentes envolvidos no trabalho infantil do nordeste do Pará. Considerar-se-á a legislação brasileira no que se referem ao combate e a questão de reparo do trabalho infantil como um todo. Frisando, então, sobre as implicações que incorrem tanto para a criança/adolescente, quanto para a própria sociedade. Discorrerá sobre fatos históricos acerca do tema, direitos fundamentais, englobando ainda direito no âmbito internacional, nacional, características contemporâneas, especificidades, no que se referem à matéria, órgãos de prevenção e reparacional.

ABSTRACT: This article is about the scope of address child labor perspective aimed at identifying the family backgrounds of the children and adolescents involved in child labor in northeastern Pará. Shall be deemed to Brazilian legislation which relate combat, and the question of repair of child labor as a whole. Stressing then what implications incur both the child / adolescent, and for society itself. Will talk about historical facts about the topic, fundamental rights, yet encompassing law in international, national, contemporary features, specificities, in referring to the matter of prevention and healing were organs.
