RESUMO O presente trabalho tem como objetivo principal conhecer o mercado de trabalho, verificar a inserção do público feminino na docência superior, sua formação e qualificação. Com o objetivo geral de saber como as profissionais tem desenvolvido sua empregabilidade neste mercado.
