SOCIOLOGIA DA PROPRIEDADE

Resumo

A perspectiva deste trabalho é a de contribuir para o estudo da propriedade a partir da história agrária e do direito. O objetivo também é tratar do direito da propriedade sob um prisma interdisciplinar, em especial, sob a ótica da sociologia. Para tanto, trata-se de investigar as condições históricas de aquisição e transmissão da propriedade no Brasil e os reflexos que tais eventos trouxeram para os dias atuais. A questão social da propriedade, a sua importância dentro da sociedade e a previsão legal sobre o tema também são relevantes, razão pela qual também serão abordadas no presente trabalho.

Abstract

The perspective of this paper is to contribute to the properties study from agrarian history and the law itself. The objective is also deal with property law in an interdisciplinary perspective, in particular, under the optics of sociology. For this purpose, this paper will try to investigate the historical conditions for the property transfer and acquisition in Brazil, and the reflexes that such events brought to the current days. The social issue of property and the legal prevision about the theme are also relevant, which is why that will be brought in the present paper.
