RESUMO
Este artigo mostra o papel e os benefícios de uma liderança coaching nas organizações. Primeiramente, o coaching foi conceituado e caracterizado através da visão de diversos autores e após, foram identificados às etapas do processo deste instrumento de desenvolvimento profissional e pessoal. Conceituou-se liderança para que fosse possível entender a diferença bem como a inovação e os benefícios de uma liderança coaching e seu objetivo dentro das organizações
Podemos assim afirmar que investir no colaborador de uma forma a incentivar que o mesmo cresça profissionalmente e aumentar seu interesse pela organização.
A capacidade intelectual de uma liderança tem papel fundamental para o sucesso e realização das metas e do propósito da empresa, afinal, são as pessoas que criam, inovam e sabem usar os recursos materiais para produzir a diferença.

ABSTRACT
This article shows the role and benefits of leadership coaching in organizations.
