MOTIVAÇÃO NO TRABALHO: O papel do líder no processo da motivação empresarial

RESUMO

Trata-se de um estudo bibliográfico descritivo cujo tema é amplo e polêmico, por lidar com seres humanos diferentes, mas que possuem o desejo de satisfazer-se, crescer, ser respeitado, elogiado e reconhecido. Dentro do contexto organizacional, o presente trabalho procurou esclarecer as formas de motivação, buscando enfatizar o quanto as organizações estão preocupadas com a satisfação de seus colaboradores no ambiente de trabalho, enfocando-se também as teorias que abordam e esclarecem quais são os fatores motivacionais dos funcionários.A partir de conceitos simples e objetivos, pode-se ter uma visão geral sobre a motivação. Aborda-se ainda, o uso das teorias da motivação pelos administradores, mostrando que a motivação tem como base o fundamento de estimular os funcionários e integrantes de uma organização.
