O ENFRENTAMENTO DA QUESTÃO SOCIAL NA CONTEMPORANEIDADE: a funcionalidade das ongs

RESUMO
A dinâmica de reordenamento capitalista impõe modificações sócio-históricas que incidem sobre a relação Estado e sociedade. Tal cenário redefine um padrão de respostas às expressões da questão social que interfere no acesso aos direitos e altera a função social das ONGs. Assim, numa perspectiva crítica e dialética, este artigo tem como objetivo geral situar as tendências contemporâneas do enfrentamento das manifestações da questão social, particularizando a funcionalidade estratégica das ONGs na conjuntura de reestruturação capitalista. Para tanto, a categoria teórica sociedade civil é recuperada a fim de desmistificar a ideologia da participação, via terceiro setor e ONGs.

The dynamic of the capitalism reordering imposes socio-historic modifications that attack the relationship between State and society. This scenery redefines a pattern of responses to the expressions of the social question that modifies the access to the rights and changes the social function of the ONGs. So, in a critical and dialectic perspective, this article has how its general objective to localize the contemporaneous tendencies of responses to the social question manifestations, particularizing the strategy function of the ONGs in the actual capitalism. Thus, the theorical category called civil society is being studied to end the mystic about the “ideology of the participation” though third sector and
ONGs.
