RESUMO
O presente trabalho tem por objetivo, aplicar os conhecimentos adquiridos nas matérias: Centro de Distribuição, Matemática Financeira e Movimentação e
Armazenagem, analisando a empresa Klabin S/A.
Com base nas informações da empresa, o projeto avalia o Centro de
Distribuição – Estratégia de Localização, onde a instituição procura o conhecimento, a criatividade, e o compromisso para um objetivo que é os resultados amplos e duradouros. Matemática Financeira como parte fundamental e, pois essa bem administrada trazendo resultados positivos tanto para a organização, quanto para seus colaboradores o qual é essencial para a tomada de decisões, analise de risco. E Movimentação e Armazenagem e as demais áreas irão desenvolver seus processos, e dessa forma operacionalizar suas atividades essenciais.
