RESUMO
Saber trabalhar com ferramentas tecnológicas e aplicar tais conhecimentos de forma precisa visando agregar valor aos produtos oferecidos é o que vem diferenciando uma organização de outra no mercado. A alta competitividade vem dizimando empresas que não estão preparadas para esta evolução. Desta forma, estudar e aplicar tais ferramentas ajuda no faturamento da empresa e a mantém viva no mercado.

ABSTRACT
How to work with technology tools and apply such knowledge accurately aiming to add value to the products offered is what comes differentiating an organization from another market. The high competitiveness is decimating companies that are not prepared for this evolution. Thus studying and applying these tools help the company's revenue and keeps it alive in the market.
