RESUMO

Será apresentado um trabalho acadêmico na modalidade de projeto, abordando características e práticas de gestão em uma empresa real, a IPAPEIS, relacionando a gestão da mesma com os conhecimentos adquiridos nas disciplinas de Orçamento Empresarial, Análise das Demonstrações Financeiras e Dinâmica das
Relações interpessoais. As informações/dados apresentados, foram obtidos por meio de uma das funcionárias da empresa, a qual integra a equipe de elaboração deste projeto.

ABSTRACT

It will be shown an academic work in the form of project, addressing characteristics and management practices in a real company, IPAPEIS, relating the management of it with the knowledge’s learned at the subjects of Business Budget,
Financial Statements Analysis and Dynamics of Interpersonal relationships. The information/data shown, were obtained by one of the employees of the company who integrates the elaboration team of this project.
