1. Resumo

Este trabalho tem como objetivo apresentar a Atento Brasil, uma das maiores empresas de Contact Center do país, sua atuação na área de Recursos Humanos, dentro das diretrizes traçadas pelo Grupo.

Conforme sua frase: “De pessoas para pessoas”, a empresa tenta investir no treinamento e capacitação dos seus funcionários visando diminuir sua rotatividade.

Mostraremos neste projeto como funcionam suas áreas de recrutamento, seleção. Seu relacionamento entre os líderes e seus subordinados e também como a empresa busca por soluções para problemas patrimoniais e logísticos.

2. Abstract

This work aims to present the subject Atento Brazil, one of the largest companies of contact center of the country, its expertise in the area of human resources, within the guidelines set out by the group. As your sentence: "people to people", the company tries to invest in training and empowering its employees to reduce their rotation. We'll show you in this project as they work their areas of recruitment, selection. Their relationship between leaders and their children and also how the enterprise search solutions for financial and logistical problems.
