“OTIMIZAÇÃO DO SISTEMA DE GESTÃO DOS ESTOQUES DA LOJA"

RESUMO

Este trabalho tem por objetivo abordar sobre o tema Gestão dos estoques, com desenvolvimento na Empresa Zomer Móveis Ltda. No trabalho é identificada a importância do uso das ferramentas de gerenciamento e controle dos estoques, sendo realizada primeiramente uma pesquisa bibliográfica sobre o tema, abordando os principais assuntos envolvidos no decorrer da pesquisa. Após essa etapa, está descrita a metodologia, apresentando os tipos de pesquisa e ferramentas utilizadas para coleta das informações necessárias. Com os dados obtidos, foi mapeado o funcionamento do sistema de gestão dos estoques e a partir disto, identificado os pontos negativos. Esses apontamentos permitiram que fossem feitas sugestões de melhorias nos processos e atividades que tangem sobre compras e controle dos estoques, sendo propostas ferramentas que auxiliam em uma boa gestão. Ao final do trabalho, são apresentados os resultados obtidos com a implantação das propostas de melhoria.

ABSTRACT
This work aims to address on the topic of inventory management with the development Zomer Furniture Company Ltda. At work is identified the importance of using management tools and stock control, being first performed a literature search on the topic, addressing the core issues involved during the research. After this step, the methodology is described, showing the kinds of research and tools used to collect the necessary information. With the data obtained, was mapped the operation of inventory management and from this, identified the negative points.
These notes were made suggestions that led to improvements in processes and activities that concern about purchasing and stock control, and proposed tools that help in proper management. At the end of the paper presents the results obtained with the
