Museums in são paulo
There are many museums is São Paulo, about eighty. In this speech, I will talk about the science museum “Catavento”. The Catavento museum is organized into four sections: Universe, which involves astronomy, Life, which involves biology, Engineering, which involves physics, and Society, which involves humanities.
• Have you ever been to the Moon? What about Mars? In the Universe section, you are invited to go on an adventure to space! During this trip, you are requested to do many things: you help repair the Hubble telescope, you help astronauts from the International Space Station, and you try to find out whether there is life on Mars. Besides this amazing trip, you can also touch a real meteorite; observe galaxies; and understand the orbit of planets.
• Have you seen Nemo? In the Life section, you will find Nemo (clownfish) and his friend Dory. Furthermore, you will be able to see exotic butterflies, learn Darwin evolution theory, and can get in a bowel that simulates a trip to the sea.
• Have you ever wanted to get into a soap bubble? In the Machine section you can! You can also have your hair raised like crazy in the Van Der Graf machine. If you are really self-confident and brave, you can also get an electrical shock from the Wimshurst machine and learn how rays are formed.
• Finally, in the Society section, you will definitely learn important historical facts! Among other things, you are invited to visit the nanotechnology lab and learn how to fly with the help of chroma key in a TV studio.
I dearly hope you all have the chance to visit this museum someday!
