A ANÁLISE DO TRABALHO ANÁLOGO AO DE ESCRAVO NO BRASIL

ABSTRACT

This project is a historic study about labor under slavery conditions in Brazil, and includes several data such as statistical analysis of slave work in the country, with emphasis on the social aspects and forms of legal action supported by public policies implemented by the Brazilian government. It also brings the concepts and features that identify this type of exploratory work, as well as the Inter-American Court of Human Rights proceedings and the work of the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights in cases of degrading work in Brazil. At an international level, this study also mentions the pacts in which Brazil is a signatory under the protection of these rights.

OBJETO DA INVESTIGAÇÃO
O presente trabalho visa relatar de forma geral, porém sem esgotar todo teor da matéria abordada à análise do trabalho análogo ao de escravo no Brasil.
