RESUMO

Este artigo apresenta uma revisão bibliográfica sobre materiais e métodos sustentáveis da área da construção civil. Caracteriza-se pela pesquisa e desenvolvimento de novas técnicas na produção e utilização de matérias sustentáveis, ou seja, matérias que possibilitem um desenvolvimento sustentável satisfazendo as necessidades do presente sem comprometer a capacidade das futuras gerações em satisfazer suas próprias necessidades. Desta forma, este artigo tem a finalidade de apresentar as novidades na área da construção, de forma que seja possível cortar gastos e desperdícios durante as obras. Outro ponto importante é a preocupação com o meio ambiente, tanto em relação à produção destes materiais quanto em sua fabricação e utilização.

ABSTRACT

This article presents a literature review on materials and sustainable methods of construction area. Characterized by the research and development of new techniques in the production and use of sustainable materials, ie materials that enable sustainable development meeting the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs. Thus, this article aims to present the news in the area of construction, so that it is possible to cut spending and waste during construction. Another important point is the concern with the environment, both in relation to the production of these materials and in their manufacture and use.
