RESUMO Vivenciamos um momento em que muito se fala sobre inclusão escolar de alunos com necessidades educacionais especiais. A legislação mostra claramente à obrigatoriedade em acolher e matricular todos os alunos. Mas, não é suficientes apenas o acolhimento, pois esses alunos precisam ter condições afetivas de aprendizagem e de desenvolvimento de suas potencialidades, para que não ocorra ao invés da inclusão, a exclusão. A inclusão em educação não se restringe à visão multifacetada da deficiência. Ela se constitui na dialética exclusão/ inclusão, fazendo –se parte constitutiva da exclusão, sendo que ela significa o direito à satisfação das necessidadesbásicas de aprendizagem e a participação de todos no sistema educativo. Neste trabalho buscamos analisar a inclusão e exclusão em sala de aula, as várias formas de excluir da/na escola de incluir excluindo e ou excluir incluindo. . ABSTRACT

We live a time when much is said about school inclusion of students with special educational needs. The legislation clearly shows the obligation to welcome and enroll all students. But it is not enough just the host, because these students need to be able affective learning and development of their capabilities, so that does not happen instead of inclusion, exclusion. Inclusion in education is not restricted to multifaceted view of disability. It is dialectics in inclusion / exclusion, becoming a constituent part of exclusion, and it means the right to satisfaction of basic learning needs and participation of all in the education system.
