ABSTRACT
The article presents a health care Virtual Web Organization focusing on management strategies and activities for improving its market share. The company works in the
Brazilian market providing health care information on medical procedures, pharmaceutical products and services for the visitors in its Internet address. The company’s administrative staff shares responsibilities over the health information needs, technological developments and financial resources. An evaluation of the Internet market for such a company is presented and help driving strategies for planning the enterprise’s managerial actions.
Technological instruments are used for the continuous evaluation of client’s needs and expectations with the site contents and services. It is been used for supporting decision making at managerial activities to improve its market share and competitiveness.
