RESUMO

Este trabalho tem por finalidade atender as exigências do curso de Gestão em Logística da UNIP – Interativa. É abordado o conteúdo visto no segundo bimestre do segundo semestre de 2010. Engloba as seguintes disciplinas: Planejamento e Operações por Categorias de Produtos, Planejamento e Controle de Estoques e Dinâmica das Relações Interpessoais.
O aluno através desta pesquisa deve desenvolver a visão do Gestor na área de Logística. Foram aplicados os conhecimentos adquiridos na empresa Dog Dog Rações. Empresa que atua no ramo de venda de rações e acessórios de pet shops.

This work aims to meet the requirements of the course in Logistics Management from UNIP - Interactive. It addressed the content seen in the second quarter of the second half of 2010. It covers the following disciplines: Operations and Planning by Product Category, Planning and Inventory Control and Dynamics of Interpersonal Relations.
The student through this research is to develop the vision of the Logistics Manager in the area. We applied the knowledge gained in undertaking Dog Dog Rações. Company engaged in the business of selling animal feed and supplies to pet shops.
