RESUMO
A dislexia afeta uma parcela expressiva da população mundial e brasileira. Com origem desconhecida e de difícil diagnóstico no início da vida escolar, em sua grande maioria, os disléxicos de início são taxados de preguiçosos e deixados a margem da sociedade, não recebendo os cuidados educacionais dignos. Por isso, se historicamente essa parcela da população foi negligenciada resultando na ausência de retorno produtivo que teriam condições de oferecer, chegou a hora de modificar esse paradigma, não só através de políticas públicas, mas também de privadas, visto integrarem o rol dos direitos da personalidade. Restringe-se o presente estudo à efetivação do direito à educação aos portadores de dislexia.

By it, if historically this quota from population was treated without attention resulting in on absence of return productive what they should be conditions of offering, walked up to hour of modifying this paradigm, will not only from one side to the other public polities, but also of privy, it wear integrate the roll from the rights from personality. Confines - if the gift I study on the effective of the right on the education to the bearers of dyslexia.
