Preparation:
Wash and cut the lettuce. Peel and chop the apple, chop the peeled nuts and thinly slice the celery. Make a base of lettuce on the plate, top with the mixed apple, nuts and celery and finally pour the well-mixed sauce over the ingredients.

Beef loin with criolla sauce and grilled potatoes

Serves 4 4 pieces of 300g beef fillet steak Potatoes Rock salt For the Criolla sauce: ½ red pepper ½ yellow pepper ½ green pepper ½ Onion ½ Garlic clove 8 cherry tomatoes 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar 2 tablespoons oil 1 tablespoon dried oregano Preparation:
For the criolla sauce, chop the vegetables into roughly two-centimeter cubes, leaving the tomatoes whole. Mix in a bowl with oil, vinegar and oregano and place into the fridge.
Grill or barbeque the steak over a strong flame, and turn them after five minutes. Add salt and grill for a further six minutes. Remove from the grill but leave in a warm place, soaking in its juices (e.g. Oven, bottom of grill). Grill or roast the potatoes. Serve with the meat drizzled in the criolla sauce and any juices.
