Nos dias de hoje, a informação alça voo livre através da rede mundial de computadores, isso trás inúmeras vantagens para a sociedade, mudando patamares, derrubando paradigmas, revolucionando, mas aliada a essa ênfase, os riscos surgem. Nesse rico mundo da internet, as facilidades por intermédio da fragilidade dos sistemas e do anonimato são um prato cheio para oportunistas. Das invasões a

computadores

particulares,

passando

por

invasões

bancárias,

pornografia infantil, fraude e estelionato, os crimes são considerados por muitos sem punição. Diante de tanta ilicitude surge à tentativa das vitimas de se defenderem.
